One day at a time
I'm a 42 year old male from Northern California. I work out regularly and am trying a lifestyle change for complete fitness. I have learned diet is a really important component in achieving this goal. I am about 5 foot 11 inches and weigh about 175 pounds. I have dropped over forty five pounds and am trying to gain it back some of it with lean muscle mass. I dropped to 165 and have been gaining weight. I take this boxing class 3x a week at my gym for the last 5 years and just started ...
