Thanks on what you said about my writing. It's also rare that people commented on my writing style :D I wrote straight from what I felt at the time of writing so I guess that's why unclouded as you said it. Making things simple from big and confusing things, I didn't notice that was what I did - maybe I always try to see things in easier way, ask questions till there's no more misunderstanding or unclear muddy areas :D 304 days ago
The soup really was amazing, so much so my mum who only had a small taste went out and bought the biggest cauliflower so I could make a batch for her! Hope you enjoy it, it's now my favourite soup. I didn't have any onions so used a whole leek instead, which worked well and I think I will continue to do.
Thanks for the tip on the Collard leaf. This has been on my list to find for a while now. Collard greens is just not something I've seen around much, actually I've never seen it. I often wonder if it's like Callalloo which is something I grew up on and love but can only find in small carribean markets in London. I mostly use Romaine lettuce for wraps but it would be great to try something which is much more hearty and wraps better, which it sounds like collards does. I will certainly keep an eye out for it at the market. I'm also on the hunt for grape leaves to make bitesize wraps too. So many amazing things I want to make just need to be smart about finding the ingredients!
What you said in your blog's comment, I agree. No one seem to judge me in the sessions. I laugh and be as loud as I can when I play. Simply put, the 2 hours per session is when I don't have to worry about anything but to improve my skills and play hard!
