Thanks for comments on my blog about SAD. Just Google, lights and SAD and you will find lots of options. You don't have to spend a lot. I sit it beside my computer when I am answering email, etc. for about 30 minutes in the morning. I also do yoga daily and try to get outside as much as I can on sunny days.
Thanks on what you said about my writing. It's also rare that people commented on my writing style :D I wrote straight from what I felt at the time of writing so I guess that's why unclouded as you said it. Making things simple from big and confusing things, I didn't notice that was what I did - maybe I always try to see things in easier way, ask questions till there's no more misunderstanding or unclear muddy areas :D 366 days ago
