OK, 3 days a week I was doing 17 min. intervals 3x's with 2 strength training sessions in between, concentrating on one body part per session. I don't think I was getting enough recovery time in between intervals, so I changed them so I recover for 2 min. So now I'm doing two 23 min intervals with the two ST sessions. It's much more doable, I'm not stopping so much.
On the other 3 days, I run long, slow runs, doing about a 9 min. mile. I will let you know how it works. I'm just on week 3 now.
