Hi my name is Stephanie_Yvonne I'm 33 a mother of 2 amazing sons. I am no longer giving myself excuses for why I am the weight I am today.. When I started dieting I weighed roughly 400 lbs I have a long road ahead of me but I feel I can do it this time..

I have decided its time to change my life.. I am in love with an amazing man. I want to be the best wife, mother, aunt, sister and friend possible.. And being the weight I am I can not succeed.. I'm tired of the excuses I have given my entire life on why I am over weight It's depressing to say the least.. I am now doing what needs to be done today no more excuses.. I hope to meet some amazing people on this site to help motivate and support on there weight loss journey...

For the first time in my life I am being honest about who I am and the weight that I am.. I have never admitted to my weight as I guess I have always been in denial.. Well I am ready to let everyone know and I am ready to take control of my body and not allow my weight to run my life anymore.. I am strong enough to change to my life.. I will succeed..

I am DONE with the excuses for why its OK for me to eat this or that and not excercise at this point no excuse I can come up with is going to be good enough.. So lets do this and do it RIGHT this time...

I am DONE being content in this body.
I am DONE feeling like I can't enjoy life because of my weight.

My short term goal is to lose 10 lbs per month..
Right now my long term goal is to just see the 200's again.

Update 5/3/09 - After 5 months of dieting I have lost 51 lbs.. I am happy with this #.. However I am realizing this is a life long process its not an over night fix its a lot of hard work and some weeks my #'s are small but those #'s add up.. I am now still a lot heavier then most people who start this journey..BUT.. I am not giving up . I am worth it .
