I want to stay healthy to keep up with my two beautiful girls! I'm a 50 year-old married woman with two daughters, ages 10 and 13. My Goals:
To be content with my weight loss journey/lifestyle. To not put too much pressure on myself during this process.
My Program:
I aim to get cardio 5-7 X per week, 30-60 minutes. I aim to strength train 6 X per week 15-30 minutes. I aim to track my food everyday as best I can. I use food tracker to track my calcium and fiber.
Other Information:
I love to exercise, listen to music, read and cook. I love animals, kids and having fun!
