My Goals:
Weight Goal: 150 lbs

Phase I has resulted in a loss of 42.0 lbs so far.

Phase II starts on 25 Feb. the goal for this phase is another 30 lb loss.

Phase III will be me reaching the end weight loss goal.

Phase IV will be life-long changes that support maintaining my goal weight and a healthy life style.


My Program:
I have started working out, Aquarobics, at a local fitness center three classes per week.

Trying not to eat as much red meat.

Starting to eat more fresh foods.

Beginning to watch portion sizes.
