My Goals:
I don't have much time to lose this weight. Meaning, I'm joining a new job, have a lot of career management in store. And especially in this country more than others, thinner people do get promoted more often. They have, on an average, higher salaries, better perks and a brighter future.
It is a fact, no point in denying it. So in an attempt to work through this in a rapid, yet healthy manner, my goal is to get to 117 lbs by September 5, 2010.

My Program:
Current CHALLENGE:
Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred Workout Every Day for 30 days
1300-1500 caloric limit per day
Maintain a daily journal to track mood swings and food splurging triggers.



Personal Information:
I am from several different countries including Kuwait, India, Canada and the United States.
I think of myself as a citizen of the world, can speak at least 4 languages fluently and 2 others on a conversational level.
I really like reading and writing, perhaps two of my favorite activities in the world.
I am quite honestly considering being a fiction writer, even though I'm an engineer by education and profession.

Other Information:
I don't believe in setbacks or taboos. I don't judge the choices made by other people, good or bad.
And I do believe, with all my strength and sinew, that if you desire and want something with all your heart, the whole universe conspires to give it to you.

Hi Perficio! How are you? It's been a while hasn't it?
I got caught up in school, tests, finals, and things and haven't been able to come on sparkpeople.
Now i'm back and more ready than ever!
If you are willing, I'd like to present my new challenge as of today onward. We can make our weekly day Friday if you like. It's a good day.

New challenge:
This week: 5/21 - 5/28 Friday
Challenge: Build up energy loss by doing yoga other days.
Reward: Make top hat

Man school semester is coming to an end. I am pooped. I hope you are doing well dear. : ) Much luck to you!

Last (before last) week:
Challenge: exercise at least 3 days and 8 cups water or more everyday
Reward: at home manicure
status: Nope (almost, but not quite)

This week:
Challenge: Find one quote to represent fulfillment of desires, inspiration, finding your way, and being yourself every day. Do the best habits you can during the week, but no pressure.
Reward: read Twilight for 2 hours straight (once homework is done!)
