I'm trying my best to lose weight and get in shape!

I'm also a metalhead, so any metal fans out there, get at me :)
Otherwise I'm very friendly, and love people in general, especially people working hard to be a better version of themselves. So if you wanna talk, don't be shy!

My Goals:
I don't care what number I see on the scale in the end, I just want a fit, strong, curvy and healthy body!

-Become flexible
-Do at least 20 push-ups (can't even do one D:)
-Quit eating junk food for good
-Bulk up my booty with muscle ;)

My Program:
I eat 6 healthy meals/big snacks a day and drink lots of water and green tea. I avoid eating animal products, and focus on a plant based diet.

-Cardio 4-5x a week
-Yoga daily
-Strength training 3x a week (Full body workouts)
-Pilates 1-2x a week

(would love to try Zumba, swimming, sports and martial arts (hopefully Ninjutsu) as my fitness progresses)

Personal Information:
I'm 18, and I live in the province of Quebec.
I love music, food, people, eastern cultures, spirituality, and the beauty life has to offer.
