One day at a time!
Life is a journey that takes us down many different paths. My journey, so far, has been one filled with the usual excitement, disappointments and every day trials we all face. Above all, I know that the only way to reach any goal is one step, or one day at a time.
When you turn around and look back to where you started from, you see just how far you have come! Success breeds success, so rewarding ourselves for even the smallest victories makes it much easier to keep going ...

My Program:
I have drastically changed my eating habits, and have made both strength training and cardio an every day routine.
Other Information:
I stay pretty busy. I have more hobbies and interests than I have time to accomplish! Among the list are: I am totally addicted to crocheting! I do marathon crochet sessions, and when I have a project to get done in a short time, I have been know to crocet for up to 18 hours a day! I also love to write, especially poetry and songs. I love spending time with my wonderful husband, and friends. When it comes to crafts, there aren't too many I haven't done. I also love to design patterns for plastic canvas, especially clocks. I love music, especially Christian and Gospel music. I play guitar and some piano. Other than that, I love to cook, sew, clean my house, and, of course, I love spark people!
