Since January 2008 I have followed a diet of 50% good carbs (fruits & vegetables) 25% fat(Lowfat dairy products) and 25% protein (Lean meats) I have also worked out on a tread mill for at least 30 minutes daily. I started adding some strength training to this in March.
I saw your "need support" on the 40 something's huddle. Whatever it is, just keep moving forward. One day at a time is the way to do it. Even if you just do a little today, you did something. Chin up. You can do it.
