Just to start...

My Goals:
When I got pregnant about seven ķears ago, I was ten kilogramms (22 lbs) more than my "competition" weight, and I gained an other 20 kilos (45lbs). Everzone said I will loose it with nursing. WRONG. I nursed for twenty months and was still close to 70(kilos that is). Than was when I took a deep breath, started to run (one thing I alwazs HATED) and went out classes, did rutines at home. I lost twentz pounds in a year, the rest went afterwards, the last few pounds when I started to work in abank 1.5 years ago. Now mz weight is howering around my target, but I still would like to loose five pounds to feel really ok, and I would lke to shape my body, to tone it up...


My Program:
I try to mix things. Mz favorite exercise is swimming, I could swimm 2000 meters and still can go on...I run, though I never liked it. I go to my class, which does slightlz choreographer gymnastics, and have session with my phisical therapist (I have back problems) with her I do lower ab and back ecersises with weights...



Personal Information:
I am 39 and live in Hungary, that is a tiny little country in the middle of Europe. I spent wight years in Miami, and I still miss it terribly. Have a six year old son, Christopher...
As for what I do... Originally I am a dressmaker and designer, but as time went on it was more and more difficult to make a living out of it. Now, to use my pretty good English I do translations (everything from contracts, to manuals, even the odd novel...
And to make ends meet and meet peeople to make friends I work at a bank's customer service...


Other Information:
My biggest fallouts... I am pretty fine witouth chocolate, but...Coca Cola (regular not diet), croissants and junk food
