My Goals:
Here I go again - New Strategy. My goal is min-goals. 5lb goals. By year end, if all goes well, I'll be down 20 lbs and I will be happy with that, and can tackle 2010
My Program:
Focusing on vegetables and fruits being the main part of my meal. Finding lean proteins and whole grains. Using less processed foods. Exercising at LEAST 45 minutes 5 days a week
