My weight loss journey. It sounds easy, but as we all know its not. I must change my lifestyle, habits, and everything I was comfortable with to a healthy more active lifestyle. To do this, it will take a lot of planning and hard work. I just have to remember that this is not a diet this is a new lifestyle.

My Motivations To Lose Weight!

#1 My family.
#2 Feel better about myself!
#3 To get my life back and to be a positive influence to
others trying to eat right and live life to the fullest
because there is life after what anyone might call
death!!!!!!
#4 Because I'm just plain Fed up with my life and the
way its going.
#5 There is more to life then what I have experienced
and I want to find that. I really feel that there
is a purpose in life for us all and that my purpose
in life has not been met yet because of my weight.
I have a very strong urge to volunteer in my
community to help others, but feel that I am
being held back because of my weight. How can
I help others when I can't help myself?

My Goals:
I will eat controlled portions, eat more fruits and vegetables, and exercise regularly.


My Program:
Exercise regularly with weights and cardio and maintain a healthy diet. I plan to set short term goals and reward myself when my goal has been accomplished.



Personal Information:
My short term goal is to maintain my diet and exercise, pass on the many temptations that I will have, and lose 10 pounds.
