    I have made protein balls very similar to what you describe: banana, rolled oats, peanut butter, chocolate flavored whey powder (similar to powdered milk)... roll into balls. Two balls is about 150 calories and perfect for a post-run snack in terms of carb/protein balance for my weight range.
