They say the hardest part of this is getting started; it's true!
I've done this twice before in my life & will vow that it DOES get easier every week. Sticking with it actually gets easier every day!! (especially when you start to see the results ;)

I STARTED MY QUEST AFTER A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT WEIGHING IN AT 296!!
That was Sept. 5th (2008)...

Ok...I haven't added anything here for a while & had my usual peaks & valleys. I did extremely well from September till January then slacked off...coincidentaly till now Sept 3 2009!! I'm feeling the spirit naturally right now instead of fighting with mysely, so let's see hao I do this time!

My Goals:
I want to get fit again, and be happy with myself & proud of my body again!



AND I want a pony...


My Program:
My program is simple: just staying concious of what & how much I eat...and really gauging my actual hunger & fullness levels so I stop eating when I'm not hungry any more; not when the food is gone!

Also. I try to keep busy & moving. I find this keeps my mind off food & the next meal.



Whenever I can, I try to take the time to go through my everyday movements in slow motion for a minute or two and exagerate each movement so I feel every muscle I'm using and really work them through the full range of each movement. (It helps to work the night shift for this one...ha!)



My work includes walking briskly 5 to 6 miles a day. (I know - I wear a pedometer!)
