My Goals:
My goal is to lose the weight I gained after I quit smoking, plus a little more. I hope to lower my blood pressure and cholesterol to the point of not having to take medication any longer.

My Program:
I am diligently watching my calorie, fat, carb and protein intake daily, using the tracker. I am going to Curves for a workout three times a week.

I ,too, welcome you and I know what it is like when you stop smoking. That is the best thing to do for your health, and I think that after you stop smoking the food tastes so much better, that you may eat more. That was the case with me, although I did lose that weight back then. I was 37 when I stopped. Now, I think it was menopause plus comfort foods plus a lot of other things. The system here and the help you will get, the information you will get and the friends and support you will get are great! You can do it! Kayanne
