Hello, I lost a lot of weight on a doctor supervised fast. Now I'm trying to lose an additional 30 on my own in hopes that none of it will ever come back!

Personal Information:
People always ask about my "doctor supervised diet". It is called a Protein Sparing Modified Fast and was developed at the Cleveland Clinic. Although it was effective it was literally guided anorexia. It was very hard on my body and I had to be monitored on a biweekly basis with blood tests. I lost 50 lbs in the first 4 months. I prefer slow and steady weightloss now.

thanks! I'm a jogger and I try to do some weight bearing exercises at home. I need a gym membership or something though!! I need to build muscle.
