I try to only eat 11500 calories a week. (I never eat less than 1200 a day though.)
I try to burn 2500 calories a week. I hike, bike ride, jog and weight train.
People always ask about my "doctor supervised diet". It is called a Protein Sparing Modified Fast and was developed at the Cleveland Clinic. Although it was effective it was literally guided anorexia. It was very hard on my body and I had to be monitored on a biweekly basis with blood tests. I lost 50 lbs in the first 4 months. I prefer slow and steady weightloss now.
