Fresh Start

Seven months ago I was medically retired from the Air Force. I use to be on this site regularly, but towards the end of my career I simply quit. Now I am a full-time student, mom, and wife. On top of my eighteen hour days, I am dealing with a busted achilles tendon from 2008 when I injured it in Iraq. I underwent three surgeries on it in 2009, leaving me worse off than I was when I started. Now the VA is trying to fix my foot, while constantly placing restrictions upon me. I hate how I ...

I hate how I look in the mirror, so I am starting this all over again.

Thanks for your comment on my blog about a premortal list of things to do while on this earth.

I read about your health challenges, and my prayers are with you.

Hi there! I just added you as a sparkfriend. :)
Thanks for commenting on my sleep blog. Yes, my baby goes to bed by 8:30-9:00pm, so I could crawl in bed then. Hubby and I are connected at the hip though when he's home. We have "TV" time in the evenings after the kids go to bed. However, this habit should be changed because I always stay up too late. But, I have a sneaking suspicion that if I hit the sack early, he'd be right there with me. I think its worth a try though, and thanks for the advice!

Hey thanks for coming by and posting on my blog. My first workout was pretty good, actually over before I knew it! I felt great afterward and that feeling lasted throughout the day. I just did the eliptical for 30 minutes and then crunches and arms. How are you doing? You've got terrific drive, I don't know if I could workout after work, Im always too tired and there's so much to do with a 14 month old baby! :) So I must get up and go in the mornings. Keep me posted on all your progress!
