I want to finally lose this weight that has been haunting me for the past few years. I want to feel better look better and be able to dress better. I want to stop hating myself and start feeling happy again.
I am trying to cut back on calories and be more mindful of what I am eating. I got a Wii Fit Plus and am trying to do that for fitness and exercise.
Welcome to 5:2! I hope you don't mind that I added you to my friend's list. My advice for your first fast... drink, drink, drink! You mentioned you are a picky eater... this is the perfect diet for that. The food you choose really isn't important on a fast day... just keep track of the calories. Of course, common since says a donut isn't the best choice for a fast! Lol Have a great day and keep busy... if your mind is busy it can't think about food!!!

My health isn't the best but I'm still kicking so I guess that is the important thing. Some things you just have to live with.
Have you seen much of your grandbaby? They grow up so fast. If you don't see them often, you don't really know them. My youngest grandchild is almost 14. My how the time does fly especially when all but 2 of them now live far away from me.
