This isn't a diet, this is my life!
When I reread this statement, it truly puts a new perspective on my reason for this journey to new health.
In the book Body Clutter was this passage...
"paying attention to your fuel and movement isn't just to wear a smaller size, but it is critical for doing more of the work that God has called us to do. It isn't just vanity, but it is a whole new life that God wanted to reveal to us."

My Goals:
Live a healthy lifestyle and to encourage others in to do the same.
My Program:
To meet my goals, I am eating a low fat diet because it was what the Dr ordered. I also track all my food and try to stay within the recommended ranges. I am trying to not just increase my activity, but to establish a regular exercise routine that I can accomplish on a regular basis.
Personal Information:
I am from Texas transplanted to WV. I love this part of the country with its green grass, beautiful trees and down home people.
God has been gracious to give me 5 bright and good children as well as 3 beautiful grandchildren.

And yes, we are going to get good bike seats...decided not to skimp in this area. One of the reasons we haven't started riding longer distances is things tend to go numb after about 10 miles with our current saddles...not fun
