Welcome to my Sparkpage! My name is Penny and I am here for support, inspiration and guidance. I am 48 and a half and WILL be at my goal weight by my 50th birthday and the healthiest I have ever been in my life. I have lots of new mottos: "If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up." and "Do something today that your future self will be proud of." Basically, I believe that you get what you give, Karma, what you think is what will be. No more negative self defeating thoughts, only hard work and persistence and a lot of love. I gave up my cigarette habit for good on January 2nd, at this early date not much else to report but I have worked out 6 days a week for 2 weeks straight, I'm drinking my water, taking my vitamins, eating more healthfully and my blood pressure is already back to normal. Wow. The calorie counting will come, I just want to establish good habits and build on that. I am looking for friends who have the same goals, support and inspiration and I hope to become an inspiration to others!

P90 6 days a week.

Eating healthier - will decrease portions and reduce corporate foods.

Thanks so much for your comment!!! I wish in could work out as much as you but my body cant take it. Have 2 bad knees, already had 3 surgeries and trying to not have a 4th. So i have decided to workout every other day to give my knees a break with lots of ice in between making them hate me. Just got home from and awesome zumba class and need some ice. Keep up the great work Penny!! emoticon
