02/24/12 - Two months in and things are going quite well - I am not perfect - and have, for the most part stopped worrying about whether I am perfect or not - one day at a time, one choice at a time!

12/28/13- Last year was pretty good - I followed my fitness routine perfectly for 8 months - this year's goal - follow it for 1 full year! I am motivated to do this right.

by Dec 31, 2014 I will weigh 130 pounds.

My fitness goal is to follow the Walk at Home program each month for the next year.

My nutrition goal is to stop mindless snacking and instead eat planned snacks.

My Program:
To meet my goals I am going to take baby steps. Small changes will lead to success!

I am from Ontario (north of Toronto). I live in a beautiful, rural setting with my wonderful husband and two delightful daughters ages 16 and 14. I teach Special Education.

Day 2 of the w/e and I'm going strong. Can't believe it because w/es are my worst time. Just goes to show you how great SP and making a committment can be. All the support and hard work pays off.
