My Goals:
Reach a healthy weight and BMI - somewhere around 145lbs and 24% BMI from what my Dr. says. I'm hoping to do this by Aug 2015.

Be more positive and cheerful!

My Program:
Eat healthier every day.

Slowly introduce exercise back into my routine.

Eventually, start Krav Maga at a gym.

Personal Information:
I am a registered nurse in Florida. I have been a member of Spark People for a few years, but I never stuck to the programs and community. I have yo-yoed in weight from 140 pounds (in the military) to 199 pounds as my heaviest.

Other Information:
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not. - Dr. Seuss

A body in motion tends to stay in motion, a bed at rest tends to stay at rest.

I accept myself, unconditionally, right now!

Welcome to the San Antonio SparkTeam. We are a fun bunch just looking to support, empower, encourage, motivate, lift up one another. (I tried thinking of more adjectives there but my brain started to hurt and I had to stop).

I recommend you just jump on in and start being involved. We have lots of great blogs to read, posts to review and friends to make. Enjoy your time here with SparkPeople (however long it lasts - although long term is a good answer) and remember ---

We are all on a journey and together we can achieve more success than alone.
