Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.
Thanks for commenting on my blog. I also have a fan that blows on me during my workouts every time I workout. I do have a tendency to get very hot during my workouts no matter the weather...it is just worse when it is hot outside. I used to be able to exercise no matter the weather but the older I get the worse it is. I think my body is trying to start the woman change thing.
