I'm here to try to keep myself accountable and motivated. I especially need to find ways to stay disciplined about exercising three times a week. I'm not a gym person so staying on an exercising schedule is especially challenging because it's all up to me to get out the weights, the mat, the ball and actually do it!

Give yourself credit as Judith Beck PhD says in her wonderful book "The BECK Diet Solution" for learning to think like a thin person. emoticon
