300+ pounds to lose

My Goals:
*Stay consistent in all areas of my life as much as I can. *Eliminate pain from my left knee. *Be able to walk long distances so I can go to more places. *Stay positive! *Keep negativity at bay.
My Program:
Goal Set #1 Assimilating myself to SparkPeople, tracking, and staying within my calorie, fat, protein, and carbohydrate limits. (see 2/12/13 blog post for progress on this goal) Goal Set #2 *Exercise 11 days out of the 22 for at least 10 minutes per time. *Keep up with all previous goals that are now habits. *Make 1 new dish that will become a healthy staple. *Try to make kale chips just because I'm curious as to how they taste and I've heard a lot about them.
Personal Information:
I am 36. I have an 18 year old daughter in college. I have two Schnoodle dogs named Mitzy and daVinci. I love to read, write, crochet, other needle arts, learn, spend time with friends talking, and working towards my goals.
Other Information:
The list of things I can't do is too long. I am here to change my life.
