Thank you for your comments on my blog posts. I am trying to see the opportunities in my life, but they seem to be very hard to find! Eventually something will turn up, I'm sure of it. And you're correct, having trust abused sucks, but all things can be fixed with time.

thanks for your support. my pup is doing much better now, three days later. he still isnt 100% but we believe he has a bone sliver lodged in his throat that caused all of this so we are taking him to the vet to see. but thank you! emoticon

Thanks for the comment on my blog post. Last week was really hard, I hope that this weeks proves to be much easier, I have too much going on right now to put that much energy into my weight loss. Some weeks I really have a good amount of energy to spend at the gym, getting in my minutes and working hard. Other weeks the energy just isn't there and I just kind of do what I need to do to get through the week. This week feels like one of those 'go through the motions' weeks.
