Just trying to get healthier!

Over the past few years, I've gained a lot of weight. I am at my heaviest ever and I feel it in my knees. I don't want things to get worse and I feel that I got this way because of my lifestyle. I sit all day and eat lots of decadent foods.

I've tried dieting and exercising before and always gave up after a month or so. I always have so much motivation in the beginning and then I either just rebel against myself or I simply burn out. Although I'm sick of the yo-yo-ing, I can't ...

Right now, I'm going for another diet and exercise run and see if this time, I can lose the weight and keep it off.

My Goals:
- Lose 22 pounds total
- Lose 15 pounds by end of next year at the latest
- Lose inches all over
- Short term - maintain work out plan for another week
- Long term - maintain work out plan for a year.

My Program:
- Exercise daily
- Portion control
- Maintain calorie deficit using Sparkpeople's trackers.
- Currently doing the 30 Day Shred along with some yoga, pilates and 10 to 20 minutes of cardio.
