A little everyday adds up in the end.

Hello, Everyone on SPARK!!! I just started being part of the Spark family and let me tell you. This is the first fitness workout tracking site I've ever used and I love it. I only wish I could have found this a long time ago, it makes keepin on track easy and alot more fun... I gained so much with my first child and didnt really do much to work it off, By the time my second child came around I was really feelin it. I first started workin out 5years ago when I had my second child. I was at my most 180 lbs it might be much to some but when your 110-115 your whole teen life and little by little you gain that much YES, its alot. Well I woke up one day when I was going up the stairs and found myself out of breath. I was only 22 yrs old and I told my self if I dont do something now while Im still young I wont be able to be the active mom my children are gonna need when the get older. I was 180 lbs and being 5" made me very heavy. I started on my tredmill for 30 mins a day with a solar suit, and it slowly came off. I added more to my work out and before you know it, it was gone I made it to the goal I set for myself. I started feeling better in the clothes I wore and the way I held myself as a person. By the time my second child was 3 I had lost 65 lbs, I toned my legs and arms and was able to get in a bikin, and feel good showin it off. I was in shape and feeling great I kept it off even when I had my last child last year in April I gave birth to our last child. Ive kept it off so far I have a little bit more to get to my pre baby weight no RUSH, but I know I can do it, I just have to want it. I told myself losing the weight was the hardest thing I've everhad to do, and I will never let myself get that way again, I can do so much more now with my life. My only regret is I wish I would of took a before and after pic.... Im know so many other people have lost so much more weight in there life and Im so proud of them I just read a success story from a lady by the name of runninmama4, and man that was like WoW for me you did it girl I think your my new motivater on keepin it off...

My Goals:
One day my hubbie said to me that he wanted to take our boys to a waterpark for the summer. So I tried on my bikini and said " heck yeah" that means Yeah Right our house. So I was motivated to get off the couch and on the tredmill... I want to get to my prebaby weight last year 115. Im started at 130 when I started with spark people and its really helping me stay on track.
My Program:
Im hooked on the: *Zumba Im lovin it. I like to do the 20 min and zumba core dance when I can. *Turbo Jam video workouts, I love the Cardio workout 2 and the Ab Jam. * 10 minute workout really works try it out its from beachbody Hey when all you got is 10 it works the whole body. * 10-12 mins on my station bike, I have my hubbie call me for that long just to get me through it cause man it sucks being on a bike that long, but I do what I have to, to get to my goal. *10-15 mins on my tredmill most of the time this easy is easier when I have a cup of crushed ice just to keep my mouth from getting to dry. *everynow and then I do my resistant bands 3 reps of 12-15 depending how I feel. I know I should do more of those, I need to work on that.
Personal Information:
Im a stay home wife, with 3 boys, and a Yorkie Baby. I love life and try to take it one day at a time. I love to cook and go out everynow and than...
