I am a Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor

Well I have hit yet another phase in my life and I feel this is going to be a good one. I have found the purpose for food in my life. GO figure it is to fuel your body. Not keep you company on a cold night or make you feel better about missing out on something. It is very simply fuel. Now I know it can still be enjoyed. After all God made a variety of things we can eat. So I have been on a ton of diet's and I have taken a thousand tips, but this time around I am going to trust my self and ...
Well I have hit yet another phase in my life and I feel this is going to be a good one. I have found the purpose for food in my life. GO figure it is to fuel your body. Not keep you company on a cold night or make you feel better about missing out on something. It is very simply fuel. Now I know it can still be enjoyed. After all God made a variety of things we can eat. So I have been on a ton of diet's and I have taken a thousand tips, but this time around I am going to trust my self and figure out what makes my body tick. Clean eating makes sense to me. Tosca'a book is good and so is Bob Green's. So I am going to experiment with the right combinations until I get my rythm. I have been doing the same old light work out for years but this time I going to take it very seriously.


Don't make excuses make it happen.

Age really is just a number

I can control more of my life than I think

Patience is my biggest challenge.

I painted a picture of what my life should look like when I was 6. Well news flash Barbie and the Beav don't really exist. My life is just what it should be and if it is not I can reshape it.

It's time to forgive that little girl she didn't know any better....

God is the great Potter I am the clay!!

I must remind myself daily that I am blessed, because I truly am.

My Goals:
My goal is to make lifestyle changes that can stay with me so I can stop this yo yo of constant dieting. I plan to find a level of acceptance. I have a lot to be thankful for and I want to live like I appreciate what I have been blessed with.

My Program:
I am eating clean. UrbanMom suggested it and I love it I will do 5 Days of cardio and strenght training, with one day of Kettlebells. I love them and they make me feel confident and strong.

Personal Information:
I'm 47 years old. I have 2 kids. I 19 year old daughter and 1 four legged little boy.

Other Information:
Live with intention. Mean what you say and say only what you mean. No more I just, or I kinda of wish. Live with intention do things on purpose. Don't let life just keep happening to you. Be an active participate in your life, Plan and pursue it like your life depends on it, because it really does. It really is all up to you!!

Hi PELAM,

I really like this Kettle-Bell style of training clients. I am looking into a RKC program now. I am currently NASM certified, and after working with Kettle-bells with an instructor....I find it to be intense and fun! Continued Success to you...
