One Step At A Time
I am a mom of two great girls - ages 13 & 11. I am from Prince Edward Island, Canada. I work full-time and of course the girls keep me busy. We also share our home with our 12 year old cat Winnie, a 3 year old rabbit Speedy and our baby a 15 month old Shih Tzu Benjamin.
Besides my girls I would have to say my biggest accomplishment was walking 13km across the Confederation Bridge in 2010 & 2005 as part of the Terry Fox Run/Walk!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is:
1. To the get to a healthy BMI and weight
2. To change my eating habits to healthier choices.
3. To pass this on to my girls.
For now I am working on getting to 175 lbs : )
My Program:
Using SP food and fitness tracker.
Watching what I eat and tracking it!
Mainly walking . . . outdoors and since I am a "fair weather" walker, started using the Walking Away The Pounds.
Just go a Wii so hopefully will make good use of that as welll . . . first night thought my 11 year old was going to pee herself she was laughing so hard at my lack of co-ordination!
