THERE ARE NO FAILURES, JUST DIFFERENT DEGREES OF SUCCESS.

I've been down the road of "healthy living" before, but took a few wrong turns. It's time to get back on track again. I've been a member of Weight Watchers and I know that works, but haven't been to meetings in a few months and have had some other issues (that I won't mention right now) which have resulted in way to many pounds packed on to an already overweight person. It is time to get serious!!
Update - 2014, now a member of TOPS for two years and doing better with my weight. ...

Update - 2014, now a member of TOPS for two years and doing better with my weight. Also doing better with exercise, go 5 to 6 days a week. Still have problems with snacking and emotional eating but working hard to get it under control.

My Goals:
My goal is to get control of my emotional eating and to make activity (exercise is a four letter word to me) a regular part of my life.

My Program:
I am a member of Weight Watchers and will be doing the Walk-it 5K in May. I have started attending a workshop on Emotional Eating. As of Aug. 2012 have been a member of TOPS and I now belong to Planet Fitness.

Personal Information:
I have been a stay at home mom for the past 12 years. My life gets hectic with the family, kids activities and volunteering at school. Turning 50 years old last year bothered me more than I ever thought it would - but I guess it is time to get over it and just live my life to the fullest (no pun intended). Update, survived turning 50 and the kids have gotten older so I don't need to help at school.

Other Information:
When I find myself with extra time I do like to read, garden, bird watch, crafts, puzzles, and sew.

I am down to 210.5 again. Now to get under 210.
I am up and down also and can do better.
I know we both can. It's the frame of mind we are
in.
Let's SNAP out of it and get on with the task at hand.

Is food really worth a gain?

I think not!

I'm with you on this one. Let's really watch what we eat
and make CONSCIOUS choices!

Thanks for the tape measure. I can use it to measure the inches
I gained while away, but will also use it to subtract inches as I lose!
