My Goals:
My first goal is to lose weight at every weekly weigh in at TOPS.
Another goal is to keep up with my spark page and keep my food log.

My Program:
Walk 5-6 days a week. Take Alli- no fat diet, also using sensa sprinkles. Weigh in weekly with TOPS. Drink more water. 10,000 steps per day.

Personal Information:
Born in 61 Brockton, MA. I was in the NAVY from 80-83. Lived in Greece, San Diego, Oxnard, Havasu Lake, Nevada City, Boston, S.Boston, Waltham, W.Newton, Phoenix, Tempe, San Manuel, Tucson.

I just turned 50 and I need to lose these pounds because my knees don't want to work any more. 5/20/11 SRD was very inspirational. I'm done trying, I will do the work and lose this weight.
