You know, something to consider is this. What shoes do you wear when you do Zumba ? Some of the problems with your knees could be related to the shoes you're wearing. Do you wear crosstrainers or regular sneakers ? If so, that might be part of the problem. To do some of those moves, you may need dance shoes instead of gym shoes.
There used to be a funk class at my gym that was extremely popular. Many of the students started wearing a special dance shoe for that class.
So, you might do some research into Zumba shoes. A person shouldn't have to wear special shoes to take a class, but because of your knee, you might need them now. They could help.

Hi there! I am stopping by to answer the question you posed about my fitbit in the water. I am not sure it tracked my swimming at all as I did a lot of walking/running around in the pool. I think I counted a total of 1,000 steps for a half hour. Not my usual so I don't think it is that reliable. However something was better than nothing. I want all my steps to count.
