My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 149 by Sept. 26

I will get 15 extra minutes of cardio 3 times a week
I will strength train after breakfast 3 times a week
I will set my timer and get up from my computer and move around for 5 minutes at least twice a day.



My Program:
Ride the bike 3 days a week , walk M-F, drink water and eat my freggies
Do Strength Training 3-5 days a week

Personal Information:
I am originally from Rockland County, NY and we moved to Central Florida in 1989. All our family is in NY so we go back there a lot.



Other Information:
I love working on my family tree

I crochet, knit and do Sudoko puzzles.

emoticon for your kind comment on my 'Snowdrops' blog! I usually hike between 3 to 4 hours. I need to have my inserts replaced as they are getting too old and my feet are getting painful. So hopefully I can walk much further after that!
