I will get 15 extra minutes of cardio 3 times a week I will strength train after breakfast 3 times a week I will set my timer and get up from my computer and move around for 5 minutes at least twice a day.
Ride the bike 3 days a week , walk M-F, drink water and eat my freggies Do Strength Training 3-5 days a week

Hey there, my rubber bands are for good eating days (or at the very least, not ever eating). So anything under 2,000 I earn a rubber band. I have a pounds lost marble jar where I move marbles. :) The rubber band was just something I started to remind myself that little habits and victories add up big. :)
