My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 149 by June 10

I will get 15 extra minutes of cardio 3 times a week
I will strength train after breakfast 3 times a week
I will set my timer and get up from my computer and move around for 5 minutes at least twice a day.



My Program:
Ride the bike 3 days a week , walk M-F, drink water and eat my freggies
Do Strength Training 3-5 days a week

Personal Information:
I am originally from Rockland County, NY and we moved to Central Florida in 1989. All our family is in NY so we go back there a lot.



Other Information:
I love working on my family tree

I crochet, knit and do Sudoko puzzles.

Peggy, congrats on your downward trend in weight loss. you must be at goal or close to it so losing is harder but you are pushing onward and doing well. Keep it up !!
