Paying attention

Well, now that I have type two diabetes it is necessary to really pay attention to what I put in my mouth. It seems we love carbs so cutting down on them is hard but it will get better.

My Goals:
Am averaging 2 lb. a week. Hope to keep it up and make my diabetes more manageable.

My Program:
I AM KEEPING TRACK OF WHAT I EAT AND DOING A DVD OF CHAIR EXERCISES EVERY DAY. I ALSO WALK AND MOVE AS MUCH AS MY KNEES AND BACK WILL LET ME.

Personal Information:
I live in Bath, Ontario, 25 km. west of Kingston. My sweety of thirty-two years only weighs 110 lb. and has to gain weight. Makes it interesting for me to lose weight. between us we have eight children, fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Thank you for the comments and birthday wishes on my blog
I have actually got a 4 wheel walker - - I think you call them rollator) but since I can only walk a few meters at present - it hardly matters.
Keep on walking - and also try other exercises to increase strength - maybe chair exercises - there are heaps of suitable ones - Ooops!! You already do Chair Exercises (I hope)- sorry!!
