Thanks for the comment on my "story". Yes we might as well take advantage of what won't be around forever! I still have my "I Matter" list posted on my fridge and refer to it almost daily to make sure I'm doing all I can to get healthy. Did I tell you my kids use it now too. I have seen them hesitate at the fridge and read through it on more than one occassion and turn around and take a fruit or glass of water. Who knew something so little could make such a difference? Have fun in the snow! Justyna
