My Goals:
Really it's all about feeling good and looking my best.

My Program:
I exercise every day and track calories in the nutrition tracker. Currently I'm running between 3 - 10 miles every other day and swimming for 20 - 40 minutes on the days I don't run. Saturday and Sunday are my lazy days and I usually "work out" by playing video games :)

Personal Information:
I'm in the military and live in Wyoming. I like cycling, swimming and I hate to admit but I've started to like running.

Other Information:
I'm looking to find or create an active spark team. I had one before but it seems to have disappeared and wasn't very active either.
