This time I believe it is different....

Hi!
I am 48, a wife to a wonderful, supportive guy, a mom to a fun, compassionate, athletic 5 year old, and am a high school teacher. I live in northern NJ. I have been heavy my whole life and want it to change. I have lost 30 pounds but have been the same for months. Then I started to gain some back! NEVER AGAIN! I want to get moving and get losing!

My Goals:
I want to lose enough to get down to under 150 - maybe lower! I started in August of 2007 at 260 and was at 232 wwhen I started SparkPeople.
I want to be healthy and to have more fun! I want to learn to kayak and maybe even to snowboard.

My Program:
I eat 5-6 smaller meals a day according to the calorie/nutrition goals for my weight. I work with a trainer 3-5 times per week plus I want to do cardio 3 times per week!
I recently have added yoga 2-3 times per week.
I am trying to learn to have a positive, normal relationship with food.

Other Information:
I love to read - it is like breathing for me. I am also a fairly new quilter. I teach high school science and I still love my job after 26 years!
