    I'm glad you didn't eat as much popcorn as you usually did at the movies. Some things I did to lose weight was drinking lots of water, watching my calorie intake and exercising. I also eat 6 times a day, which consist of 3 meals and 3 snacks. I have set times for my meals. I also reward myself for losing weight. For example, when I lose 20 pounds, I'll reward myself with a manicure or some other type of reward. It's whatever you want your reward to be. This seems to work for me. Take baby steps and make your changes slowly. This is a lifestyle change.

    I have the same pb with plans! I am aiming to do Zumba and pilates once a week and join the swim team (our local pool is really too small so joining the team allows you access when no one is there and keeps you accountable!)

    My week has been stressful at work. I take care of our budget and I have money to spend and I need to get it all spent before September 9th. It's really stressing me out. However, I'm not taking it out on anyone at work. That seems to be what everyone likes about how I'm handling the budget is that I'm keeping everything to myself and not blowing up at anyone. I'll be happy when September 30th is here because that's the end of our fiscal year and most of my work has to be done for the year. It takes most of the stress of me. I'll be able to relax. Enough about me, how is your week going?

    Things are okay for me just now - just spent a small fortune on trainers, weights and the like and I cant wait to play with all my new fitness stuffs!
    I am the same as you though - trying to get back on track after being lazy for a wee bit.
    And as for candy - I haven't had any in nearly 3 months - and it is HARD! I really struggle some days, but am doing well so far :)

    What about you? How goes things with you?
    Also don't suppose you have any sports or fitness classes you like? I work for a local council so can get discounts in my local gym and don't know what to do lol.

    Would love any advice :)
