Hello, All! :) I'm a 21 year old college student trying to get down to a healthy weight. It's been something I've battled my whole life...I've tried every diet and "not diet" in the book and just get burnt out. So I'm starting again....fresh start. I'm not talking "apple", "peanut butter", "cheese" exact...i'm talking the exact ingredients, fillers and chemicals they put into food. Needless to say, it's changing how I look at food and driving me to eat healthier food. -Katie

-to start eating Healthy and correct portions. -to have a regular and consistent exercise routine. -to lose all this weight! -Rewards- 10 lbs- Gym Membership 20 lbs- New Workout Outfit 30 lbs- Wii Active 40 lbs- New shoes 50 lbs- Complete new outfit 60 lbs- Girls Night Out 70 lbs- New Workout Outfit 80 lbs-New purse 90 lbs- Two New Outfits 100 lbs- Road Trip! :) Each week I complete at least 3 cardio workouts and 2 strength workouts, I'll allow myself to buy 1 song on Itunes.
