My Goals:
I am 55 years of age, categorize myself as QUITE HEALTHY, and hopefully with the help of SP, shall make it to the category of HEALTHY.

My Program:
Was a very active sportswoman during my youth. Have been having a rather sedentry lifestyle for quite some years. Am deciding to restart my
active lifestyle and come back to fit condition which I had.

Personal Information:
Am a mother of four, and grandmother of one. Used to enjoy outdoor games, but have not been able to do them since almost 10 years for various reasons.

Other Information:
Remember my school days...was in blue house (Helen Keller) which had a motto..NEVER GIVE IN. Very motivating!!

Thank you for your kind words back in April. They're very inspiring to me. You've lost 8 lbs so far. Great job. I went through all the ups and downs you're going through. Many times. Stay focused and determined. You've only got 12 lbs to get to your goal weight. Crank the exercise up a little and drop a few extra calories each day. You'll be there before you know it. Much future success to you.
