BACK TO THE FUTURE.....
Hi i'm Helen. I am married & have 2 girls, 17 & 14yrs. I am a nurse, a midwife & love to work with women & babyz. I love sanguine time with my girlfriends, as u do!!! I love a good book & a good movie. I love to run & bike, when it's not raining! Down under ,in New Zealand, it rains a lot. Running is time out, a way to process & pray. I love our native forests & enjoy spending time in amoungst the beauty of nature. I'm a yoyo dieter. I yoyo so much it makes me dizzy! ...

I don't know what the answers are to resolving this. Maybe there is no answer, maybe it's my journey.

My Goals:
Aiming for a BMI of 24. This is "normal weight range" for 5 ft 7 (171cm). weight of 72kg needed.
My Program:
Spark is helping heaps. Find it motivating to talk with others going thu similar trials. Exercising most days, esp in summer.

Kiwi girl living in Whakatane, New Zealand.
Other Information:
I had a knee injury in 2005, fell after a long run. Took a year to get back into running & biking, which are my main exercise activities.
