I lost my spark ... I feel like a wet dog!
stuck on start
I'm a single mom working two jobs trying to finish school just to say I did. I'm at that place between survival and the next chapter of my life.
I have a difficult time finding balance between everything I need to do and the things I want to do.

My Program:
I'm not posting any goals, any plans, anything. Right now I am so busy with so much it is a challenge to balance it all. ( I know excuses, excuses) Right now I am going to focus on tracking my fitness and nutrition regularly. I figure once I start tracking I will auto-tune what I need / don't need.
I do plan to try and drink more water daily and get more freggies. Should be easy with the warmer weather and fresh local food!
