Due to crazy pets being extra "fun" I woke up about midnight. It's almost two now. Glad I thought to do some much needed sparking. Would rather be sleeping.

In other news I'm not doing so well on my goals. I tracked some of my nutrition but not all. Pretty sure I am way way over on calories. Did not get fitness in ... if I could have I would have stayed in pjs all day.

Eventually I will go back to sleep and wake up with a new day, a fresh start.
