Words straight from a therapist. I swear. It was said in context of my life in general (changing careers, becoming an empty nester and having kid move back in, how I approach relationships). I'm applying it to this part of my life as a motivator to be healthy. I have talked the talk for years. Some years I actually get on the right path. Others (like so far this year) not so much. Taking baby steps to make the change and fly!

I love SparkPeople and my SparkFriends for all their support when I am present and when I'm not. Thank you.

multiply. If you give her a house, she'll give you a
home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal.
If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She
multiplies and enlarges what is given to her. So... if you
give her crap, you will receive more $#!% than any one human
being can handle.'
