I totally know what you mean. I was a member (and even co-leader at one point) on a long-time team that was very active in its day, but for the last two years I was the only one to log on. The seclusion it created caused me to become very negative and inactive on the site, and that's not productive at all. I recently "returned" to another team I had joined when I first started Spark in 2009, and I am starting to see some increased action and interaction, which is inspiring. I left a bunch of other teams and actually cleaned out my SparkFriends too. It was not an easy task, and I wish them all well, but I need to be motivated. That is the only way I know I'll have any success. I need to be accountable, and I need to surround myself with like-minded individuals. So THANK YOU for be a constant motivator for me.
