Hi! I got your message on my page... I must say that just counting calories was a great way for me to lose the weight ( and it's not over yet!!) I am very proud of myself when I enter my last entry at night and see that I am under my limit. I must say that I am a sweet tooth, so I try to reward myself to allow myself to continue, but most of the time, I stay under my limit. The weight lost is getting a little slower, I think, so rewarding myself with a little shopping (a don't have a lot of money, but I look in the sale racks) was a great way to keep me going. Hey Peanutbutter, Just stopping by to say hello. I see your progress is really coming along. I am sooo happy for you. You must not have been eating late night.......wish I could say the same. Old lifetime habits are sooo hard to break. But, I will not give up. I will beat this thing this time. No matter how long it takes. What is it??
