Hi! I'm Elena, 28-year-old scientist back for round 2! After losing 68 pounds through bootcamp, going through a divorce and now finding the happiest healthiest relationship of my life, I need a second push to lose some extra pounds I gained after breaking my right arm, which brought my training to a screeching halt. I know I can do it!

TV SHOWS: Charmed, The Walking Dead, True Blood, Dexter, NCIS, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.
BOOKS: Harry Potter series, Sookie Stackhouse Southern Vampire series, Love In the Time of Cholera, The Hobbit, anything by Edgar Allan Poe or Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Plateaus are so frustrating! Maybe try to add in an extra 30min of cardio, or sub out two things on your meal plan for like raw veggies or a low cal snack! Don't forgot to up your intake of water too, it always helps! :)
