I am tracking my food on spark and exercising 4-6 days a week (walking).

I am 50, have 2 kids aged 20 and 16. I teach 2nd grade and love my job and my husband of 28 years.
Other Information:
I want to be healthy and fit so that I can stay active as I age! My husband is my prime motivator, as he is extremely fit and disciplined.
