BRINGING MY SEXY BACK

I am losing weight to bring my Sexy Back of course. I want to be healthy again, look good, wear clothes that doesn't look like rice sacks, be able to walk up a flight of 10 stairs without stopping halfway to breathe,wave my arm without thinking I am about to take off because my wings are flapping.
TO STOP BUYING CLOTHES TO ACCOMODATE MY STOMACH.
BEGIN TO FEEL CONFIDENT IN MY SELF AGAIN!!!!!

My Goals:
I would like to lose 110 lbs in a year or so.
Need to choose my food differently, eat more fibre and protein and less carbs, as well as sodas.
Pepsi is my addiction.

My Program:
1st and foremost see my doctor. Detox andthen start with moving, moving, moving my body I mean.

Personal Information:
Married to a loving partner, 4 children, 1 step child and 1 grandchild.

Other Information:
Love movies, finally Rush Hour 3, I am in heaven, all CSI's, 24, anything with drama that keeps me at the edge of my seat.

I've been a member a little over 3 years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained a lot of the pounds back! I became disgusted with myself and closed my Spark account, but soon realized I NEEDED to be here. I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important. The sense of community and the friendships I have made here keep me going!
