Here I go again. Watching my weight creep up after getting down to a solid 118 a year and a half ago. I go in cycles. I get busy and tired of thinking about it and up the weight goes. My highest goal weight is 132. I can run a half marathon. I want to continue running, in fact, increase the days that I run, the consistency in which I do it. I want to work on muscle toning, increasing strength in my core areas. We have no local gyms that are worth going to. I have no space to do videos ...

Working out at home for strength will prove to be a challenge. I need lots of support, motivation, and reminders. Going to Vegas next month and I want to feel fabulous. I've been very successful with WW in the past. Will probably continue with that or a similar plan.
